titleOfInvention | Nitrogen-oxygen doped carbon microsphere with controllable particle size prepared in large scale and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing nitrogen-oxygen doped carbon microspheres on a large scale, which specifically comprises the following steps: stirring 2-8 parts by weight of diallyl phthalate, 5-10 parts by weight of acrylonitrile, 5-30 parts by weight of polymerizable monomer, 70-80 parts by weight of solvent and 0.2-1 part by weight of azobisisobutyronitrile at the temperature of 70-80 ℃ for 3-5 hours, and centrifuging to obtain a solid powder product; and C, heating the solid powder obtained in the step A to 800-900 ℃ at a certain speed under the protection of inert gas for constant-temperature carbonization, and washing and drying the obtained black solid powder to obtain the nitrogen-oxygen doped carbon microspheres. The carbon microsphere has high mesoporous content, high specific surface area and good capacitance performance, and can be used as an electrode material of a super capacitor. |
