titleOfInvention | Plasmid pRC12 and its application in microbial degradation of halogenated hydrocarbon pollutants |
abstract | The invention discloses a plasmid pRC12 and its application in microbial degradation of halogenated hydrocarbon pollutants. The nucleotide sequence of the plasmid pRC12 is shown in SEQ ID No.1. The application is to inoculate the genetically engineered bacteria containing plasmid pRC12 into an inorganic salt medium containing halogenated hydrocarbon pollutants, and degrade it at 28-32° C. and pH 6.8-7.2, so as to realize the reduction of halogenated hydrocarbon pollutants. The plasmid pRC12 of the present invention can greatly improve the treatment capacity of chlorophenol organic pollutants, and the biodegradation efficiency of halogenated chlorophenol organic pollutants is improved as follows: monochlorophenol (MCP) 56.12%, dichlorophenol (DCP) ) 55.09%, trichlorophenol (TCP) 54.88%, pentachlorophenol (PCP) 47.35%. |
