titleOfInvention | Preparation method and application of water-soluble blue fluorescent silicon quantum dots |
abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method and application of water-soluble blue fluorescent silicon quantum dots. The preparation method comprises the steps of taking silane as a silicon source, and preparing the water-soluble blue fluorescent silicon quantum dots by performing hydrothermal reaction on the silane and sodium citrate; the preparation method is easy to operate and low in cost. The silicon quantum dots prepared by the method have the advantages of higher quantum efficiency, strong ultraviolet absorption, better monodispersity, good water solubility and pH stability, and can remarkably improve the photosynthesis of chloroplasts and promote the growth and the photosynthesis of plants after being compounded with the chloroplasts. The water-soluble blue fluorescent silicon quantum dot provided by the invention has the characteristic of enhancing plant photosynthesis, can be applied to plant photosynthesis, and is mainly applied to preparation of plant nutrient solution. |
