abstract | A preparation method for preparing 1, 3-diketone compounds from alkynone comprises the following steps: s1: placing the alpha-alkynyl ketone compound, water, gold salt and silver salt in a reaction solvent to obtain a precursor mixture, wherein the molar ratio of the alpha-alkynyl ketone compound to the water to the gold salt to the silver salt is as follows: 1: 1-50: 0.001-0.10: 0.002 to 0.15; s2: and (4) placing the precursor mixture obtained in the step (S1) at a reaction temperature of 0-50 ℃ for reaction for 5 minutes-48 hours to obtain the 1, 3-diketone compound. The method has simple reaction conditions, does not need acid or alkaline additives, has high yield, and can be applied to modern production on a large scale. |
