abstract | A printing process for a full-laminating method comprises a screen frame, wherein the screen frame is provided with a bottom frame for laminating the surface of a product to be printed with glue, the inner side edge of the bottom frame is encircled to form a gluing area, the surface of the product to be printed with the glue is provided with an area to be glued, the gluing area is in a shape that the area to be glued is synchronously reduced, the distance between the inner side edge of the bottom frame and the corresponding side edge of the gluing area on the surface of the product to be printed with the glue is 1.3-1.7mm, and the viscosity of the glue is 40000 and 50000 centipoises; when the glue is printed, the product to be printed is pressed downwards by the screen frame, then the glue is supplemented in the gluing area of the screen frame, then the glue is scraped by a scraper, part of the glue enters between the screen frame and the surface of the product to be printed with the glue, and finally the pre-curing is carried out.
