abstract | The invention discloses a light-weight, high-strength, wide-temperature, high-efficiency vanadium-free forming denitration catalyst, which is formed by mechanical forming and firing by using CuY molecular sieve and a forming body as main raw materials. In the present invention, CuY molecular sieve is used as the main denitration active material, and cordierite powder, montmorillonite soil, attapulgite and the like are used as the molding main body, and the obtained molded catalyst has high denitration performance ( 80~100%) and good sulfur resistance (under the condition of less than 300ppm SO 2 , stable at about 85% after 6h), and has good mechanical strength (axial compressive strength up to 5MPa) and low density (0.9 g/cm 3 ); and no vanadium oxide, tungsten oxide, molybdenum oxide, etc. are added to the catalyst, the raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain, non-toxic and harmless, have important economic and environmental benefits, and are suitable for large-scale industrial application. |
