titleOfInvention | Nitrogen-doped graphitic carbon-coated iron nanoparticle catalyst, preparation method and application thereof in Friedel-crafts acylation reaction |
abstract | A nitrogen-doped graphitic carbon-coated iron nanoparticle catalyst, a preparation method and application thereof in Friedel-crafts acylation reaction belong to the technical field of heterogeneous catalysis. The catalyst is obtained by taking N-Fe-MOFs as a precursor of an iron-based metal organic framework material modified by a nitrogen-containing ligand and performing high-temperature pyrolysis in an inert gas atmosphere. The Fe @ NC composite material obtained by high-temperature pyrolysis treatment of the iron-based metal organic framework modified by the nitrogen-containing ligand has good catalytic activity and stability in a Friedel-crafts acylation reaction, wherein the basic structure of the metal organic framework is not changed by introducing nitrogen, but the activity and stability of the catalyst under an acidic condition can be obviously improved, so that the catalyst is easy to recycle. The catalyst shows higher catalytic activity in the acylation reaction of various aromatic hydrocarbon substrates and acylation reagents, and has wider application range. |
