abstract The invention provides a flexible strip-shaped pH sensor capable of detecting body fluid in real time and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of flexible sensors. The preparation method is characterized in that a detection electrode assembly is arranged on a flexible substrate, and the detection electrode assembly comprises a working electrode and a reference electrode which are arranged in parallel and are not in contact with each other. Working areas and electrode connection areas are respectively arranged at two ends of the working electrode and the reference electrode, the working areas of the working electrode and the reference electrode are positioned at the same side, insulating layers are covered at the middle parts of the working electrode and the reference electrode, so that the respective working areas and the electrode connection areas of the working electrode and the reference electrode are insulated from each other, and the working electrode working area is provided with a nitrogen-doped carbon material which is sensitive to hydrogen ions and is loaded with metal nano particles. The substrate of the pH sensor is made of flexible insulating materials, the sensitivity is high, the flexibility is good, and compared with a glass electrode, the cost is low, the preparation condition is simple, and the condition is easy to control.
