titleOfInvention Electrolytic etching method for precipitation strengthening phase in cobalt-based alloy
abstract The invention discloses an electrolytic etching method of a precipitation strengthening phase in a cobalt-based alloy, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing an alloy mirror surface on a sample; (2) pouring electrolyte into an electrolytic cell, wherein the electrolyte comprises the following components in percentage by weight: connecting a sample to be electrolyzed with the anode of a direct current power supply, putting the sample into an electrolyte, turning on a power switch, controlling the voltage to be 5-8V, keeping the voltage for 2-10 seconds, and taking out the sample; (3) immediately putting the electrolyzed sample into a beaker filled with pure alcohol with the temperature of below 0 ℃, cleaning and oscillating the sample in an ultrasonic cleaner for 3 to 10 minutes, and taking out the sample; (4) and cleaning the mixture in pure alcohol at the temperature of below 0 ℃ for 6-13 minutes, taking out the mixture, and drying the mixture by blowing. The sample preparation method is simple, and a lot of detail appearances which are not possessed by corrosion or back scattering electronic signals can be observed through a more three-dimensional etching technology which reflects details.
