titleOfInvention Aqueous chromium-free passivator for hot-dip galvanized steel pipe and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a water-based chromium-free passivator for hot-dip galvanized steel pipes. The water-based chromium-free passivator comprises the following components: (A) anionic acrylic modified epoxy resin, (B) nano-level modified alkali Silica sol, (C) molybdate, (D) basic zirconium salt. The hot-dip galvanized steel pipe treated with the water-based chromium-free passivator of the present invention not only has a bright appearance, but at the same time, the passivated steel pipe has excellent corrosion resistance, damp heat resistance and weather resistance. The environmentally friendly chromium-free passivator of the invention can replace the traditional hexavalent chromium passivator in the hot-dip galvanized steel pipe industry, is expected to be widely used in hot-dip galvanized steel pipe enterprises, and has great industrial and social value.
