The formula reagent is easy to obtain, the preparation method is simple, and the wide popularization is facilitated; compared with the sputum reducing reagent applied to clinic, the reagent has advantages in the aspects of sputum reducing effect, the amount of obtained cfDNA and the accuracy of gene change detection result; because the obtained cfDNA is abundant, the method can be used for detecting various genes; the formula is isotonic liquid, after cell-free supernatant is collected in a short-term treatment, cell morphology cannot be damaged by adding cell fixing liquid into a precipitate, and a subsequent cytological pathological diagnosis result is not influenced. |
