abstract | The invention discloses a polyethylene terephthalate composition and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of polyester synthesis and modification. The method is prepared by taking terephthalic acid or derivatives thereof, ethylene glycol and isosorbide as raw materials and carrying out esterification reaction and polycondensation reaction, wherein one or a mixture of silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide and zirconium oxide is added in the synthesis process. Compared with the similar modified polyester, the polyester composition prepared by the project has the characteristics of excellent temperature resistance, low chroma b value, excellent processing flow property, high production efficiency and stable product quality, and can be used as packaging materials, plates, cosmetics and the like. |
