titleOfInvention Purification method of hexachloroacetone
abstract The invention relates to a method for purifying hexachloroacetone, belonging to the technical field of organic chemical purification. Heating the hexachloroacetone crude product solution to 45-75 ℃ at 8.0-20 KPa, spraying purified gas flowing from bottom to top and heated to 35-75 ℃ from top to bottom for convective interactive contact purification, and carrying out separation of low-boiling-point impurities from the hexachloroacetone crude product solution by the purified gas to obtain hexachloroacetone solution; the purified gas is inert gas or nitrogen; the low boiling point impurities are mainly pentachloroacetone and tetrachloroacetone. The method has the advantages of low material heating temperature, recyclable purified gas, large processing capacity and simple operation, and can obtain the hexachloroacetone with extremely low impurity content.
