titleOfInvention Flexible up-conversion blue light sensor capable of in vivo regulation of allosteric cryptochrome CRY2 protein and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a flexible up-conversion blue light sensor capable of in vivo regulation of cryptochrome CRY2 protein allostery and a preparation method thereof, comprising the following steps: 1) preparation and characterization of blue-light emission up-conversion micro-rods doped with rare earth thulium element; 2 ) Preparation of flexible up-conversion blue light sensor: (1) Polydimethylsiloxane precursors in different ratios of 10:1 to 7:1 were prepared, and mixed with blue-light emission upconversion microrods doped with rare earth thulium at 10 mg/ml ~100mg/ml, negative pressure 0.03MPa~0.05MPa, vacuumize for 30min~40min to remove air bubbles, spin-coat the mixture evenly on the polyester film; (2) After the liquid is formed into a film of 0.2mm~3mm, cure at 80℃ for 30min in vacuum and high temperature ~60min; (3) After cooling, press tightly to avoid bubbles. The sensor of the invention has an area of 25 mm 2 to 1 cm 2 , and can emit bright blue light with a wavelength of 470 nm under the excitation of 980 nm near-infrared light, and the blue light emitted by the sensor can change the structure of the cryptochrome CRY2 protein and realize the safety of the up-conversion particles in the living body. Efficient light conversion.
