abstract The invention belongs to the field of organic semiconductors, and discloses a high-efficiency hybrid white-light organic electroluminescent device with a high color rendering index and a preparation method thereof. The electroluminescent device comprises a substrate, an anode, a cavity layer, an organic functional layer, an electron layer and a cathode, wherein the organic functional layer is arranged between the cavity layer and the electron layer; the organic function layer comprises a red phosphorescence layer, a yellow phosphorescence layer, a blue fluorescent layer and a green phosphorescence layer, the blue fluorescent layer is not contacted with the red phosphorescence layer, the blue fluorescent layer is contacted with the yellow phosphorescence layer and the green phosphorescence layer, the blue fluorescent layer is a non-doped light emitting layer, and the red phosphorescence layer, the yellow phosphorescence layer and the green phosphorescence layer are doped light emitting layers; the hole layer comprises a hole injection layer and a hole transport layer in sequence close to the anode, and the electron layer comprises an electron injection layer and an electron transport layer in sequence close to the cathode. The electroluminescent device has simple structure, high efficiency and high Color Rendering Index (CRI) which can reach more than 80.
