titleOfInvention | Multiple amplification kit for 47 human autosomes and Y chromosome loci and its application |
abstract | The invention relates to a composite amplification kit for 47 human autosomes and Y chromosome loci and an application thereof. The present invention provides a composite amplification system for 47 loci of human autosomes and Y chromosomes, including specific primers for amplifying 47 loci, the 47 loci include 19 autosomal STR loci, 27 Y chromosome STR loci and 1 sex recognition locus. 47 pairs of specific primers were grouped and fluorescently labeled using six-color fluorescent labeling technology. Through the design and optimization of primer sequences and working concentrations, the simultaneous efficient, specific and sensitive amplification of 47 human autosomes and Y chromosome loci was achieved. The detection results of the complex amplification system have high individual identification ability and good data compatibility, and can be used in paternity identification and individual identification in practice, which effectively reduces the detection cost of human DNA typing and improves the detection efficiency. |
