titleOfInvention | Chimeric antigen receptor combination expressed on the surface of T lymphocytes and its application |
abstract | The present invention provides a combination of chimeric antigen receptors expressed on the surface of T lymphocytes and applications thereof. The chimeric antigen receptor 1, namely Anti MUC1 synNotch, has three parts connected in sequence as follows: SCFV, which specifically recognizes MUC1 protein, Notch core and transcription factor Gal4-VP64; and Chimeric Antigen Receptor 2, Anti CD19 CAR has the following sequence-linked extracellular binding region, hinge region and intracellular signaling region: SCFV, IgD, CD28 that specifically recognize CD19 protein -4-1BB-CD3ΞΆ. The chimeric antigen receptor combination is expressed on the surface of T lymphocytes and has the effect of specifically recognizing MUCl and CD19 proteins. |
