titleOfInvention | A catalyst for improving the sensitivity of lateral flow biosensors for low-concentration target protein detection |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of lateral flow immunoassay, and in particular relates to a catalyst for improving the detection sensitivity of a lateral flow biosensor to low-concentration target proteins, wherein the target protein is rabbit immunoglobulin, and the catalyst is gold platinum nanoflowers and the gold-platinum nanoflowers are connected with the antibody as a marker to obtain a gold-platinum nanoflower-antibody mixture, which is used for the lateral flow biosensor to detect low-concentration target proteins, and a chromogenic substrate is added before the detection. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages: compared with the prior art, the gold-platinum nanoflowers prepared by the method of the present invention have a catalytic effect on AEC, a chromogenic substrate of peroxidase, for use in rabbit immunoglobulin. In the case of , the catalytic effect on the chromogenic substrate is strong, and the sensitivity of the lateral flow biosensor to low concentration target protein detection is improved. |
