abstract The invention provides a particle size testing system and testing method for viscoelastic particles after multiple shear filtration. The system includes a peristaltic pump circulating injection system, a porous media shear filtration system and a filtrate particle size measurement system. The pump circulation injection system injects the viscoelastic particle solution into the porous media shear filtration system through the peristaltic pump in the peristaltic pump circulation injection system. The computer of the system monitors the injection amount of viscoelastic particles in real time, opens the second control valve in the filtrate particle size measurement system once per cycle, and takes out the filtrate, and the filtrate particle size is measured by the filtrate particle size measurement system. The particle size testing system and testing method of viscoelastic particles after multiple shear filtration analyze and understand the migration of viscoelastic particles in the formation, and evaluate the pore-throat compatibility and shear resistance of viscoelastic particles.
