titleOfInvention A method for anti-felting shrinkage finishing of machine-washable wool fabrics
abstract The invention discloses a method for anti-felting shrinkage finishing of machine-washable wool fabrics, which adopts the combination of protease pretreatment and organic silicon-modified water-based polyurethane anti-shrinkage treatment. The combined method catalyzes the hydrolysis of protease on wool fabric fibers, reduces the amount of protease used, and improves the hydrolysis effect and uniformity of wool fabric fibers. The water-based polyurethane anti-felting finishing liquid is used for anti-felting finishing of wool fabric fibers, which effectively reduces the amount of polyurethane used, improves the strong damage to wool fibers during protease treatment, and uses polyurethane alone for anti-felting finishing. The problem of yellowing makes the wool fabric after anti-felt shrinkage treatment close to the original fabric in softness and smoothness.
