abstract | The invention provides a real-time fluorescent PCR primer, a probe and a kit for detecting Sporothrix globosum. The ITS sequences of the sporothrix complex are compared to find a sequence with a differential base, and a real-time fluorescent PCR primer and a probe are designed aiming at the sequence, wherein the sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO.1-2 and SEQ ID NO. 3. The primer and the probe can specifically, sensitively and accurately detect the Sporothrix globosum, the detection limit of the Sporothrix globosum reaches 10fg, the detection sensitivity of the primer and the probe is superior to that of the prior art, and the primer and the probe have good specimen detection capability. |
