abstract The invention discloses novel P-N-Si synergistic flame-retardant copolymerized polyamide 6 and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the P-N-Si synergistic flame-retardant copolymerized polyamide 6 comprises the following steps: adding a phosphorus-containing flame retardant prepolymer, a nitrogen-containing flame retardant and a silicon-containing flame retardant in the polymerization process of polyamide 6 to obtain P-N-Si synergistic flame-retardant copolymerized polyamide 6; the phosphorus-containing flame retardant prepolymer is obtained by sequentially carrying out salt forming reaction and prepolymerization reaction on a phosphorus-containing flame retardant and diamine. The P-N-Si synergistic copolymerization flame-retardant copolyamide 6 is prepared by adopting a P-N-S-i synergistic flame-retardant system, reacting BCPPO derivative flame-retardant prepolymer, melamine cyanurate, a silicon-containing flame retardant and caprolactam through copolymerization. Due to the synergistic effect, the flame retardant has high flame retardant efficiency, and in addition, the flame retardant material obtained by the copolymerization method ensures the molecular weight, the mechanical property and the like of the material.
