abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of photosensitive ceramic liquid for photocuring additive manufacturing. (1) Carrying out photosensitive modification on hydroxyl silicone oil: mixing 69-79 wt% of hydroxyl silicone oil, 17-27 wt% of silane coupling agent and 4-6 wt% of metal catalyst, and heating at 60-80 ℃ for 3-4 hours; obtaining modified silicone oil, wherein the sum of the percentage of all the liquids is 100%; (2) and (2) adding 20-50 wt% of photosensitive diluent, 0-0.1 wt% of coloring agent and 2-4 wt% of photoinitiator into the liquid obtained in the step (1), and mixing to obtain the photosensitive ceramic liquid for photocuring additive manufacturing. The obtained photosensitive ceramic liquid can be used for photocuring additive manufacturing, and has the advantages of low volatility and environmental friendliness. The obtained photosensitive ceramic liquid for photocuring additive manufacturing is suitable for various photocuring additive manufacturing devices, and provides a solution for rapid and batch production of ceramics with complex and precise structures.
