titleOfInvention Production method of polyaluminium chloride with high flocculation effect
abstract The invention relates to the field of flocculant modification, and discloses a production method of polyaluminum chloride with high flocculation effect, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the alkaline aluminum chloride solution I with a sodium aluminate solution to prepare an aluminum hydroxide gel solution I with the pH of 9-12 and the alkalization degree of 90-100%; (2) mixing the alkaline aluminum chloride solution II with a solution containing sulfate ions to prepare an aluminum hydroxide gel solution II with the pH of 1-3 and the alkalization degree of 30-50%; (3) and mixing the aluminum hydroxide gel solution I and the aluminum hydroxide gel solution II to prepare a polyaluminum chloride solution. The method has the advantages of simple mixing process and low production cost, and can not generate liquid drops to splash in the production process, thereby ensuring the life safety of operators. Compared with the polyaluminium chloride prepared by the traditional method, the polyaluminium chloride prepared by the invention has larger flocculation volume and better flocculation effect, and can achieve better water purification effect and faster water purification by only adding a small amount of polyaluminium chloride.
