abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of propyl sulfonic group modified SBA-15, which takes SBA-15, propyl silane coupling agent and anhydrous organic solvent as raw materials to prepare SBA-15-Pr; sulfonating the obtained SBA-15-Pr to obtain propyl sulfonic group modified SBA-15; the invention also discloses application of the propyl sulfonic modified SBA-15 in synthesizing the structural phospholipid, which takes phospholipid and fatty acid methyl ester or fatty acid ethyl ester as raw materials to obtain the structural phospholipid under the catalysis of the propyl sulfonic modified SBA-15. The modified phospholipid prepared by the invention is produced by catalysis of a heterogeneous catalyst, organic residues existing in industrial production of phospholipid are not generated, the defects of high enzyme source, difficulty in recycling and harsh reaction conditions in the process of producing the structured phospholipid by an enzyme method can be overcome, and the preparation method of the structured phospholipid is finally improved. |
