titleOfInvention | Method for blocking removal and seepage enhancement of oil and gas well by liquid nitrogen jet |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for blocking removal and infiltration increase of an oil-gas well by liquid nitrogen jet, which comprises the following steps: determining a plugged well section; arranging a well site and connecting ground equipment; the plug removal tool is lowered to the tail end of the plugged well section through the coiled tubing; circularly cleaning the coiled tubing, the blockage removing tool and the annulus by using nitrogen; pumping high-pressure liquid nitrogen into the well bottom, and generating high-speed liquid nitrogen jet flow through a jet flow nozzle to perform blockage removing and infiltration increasing operation on a blocked well section; dragging the coiled tubing upwards to make the blockage removing tool move along the shaft and increase the contact area between the jet flow and the well section; closing the liquid nitrogen plunger pump and the annular valve, carrying out soaking operation, and further fracturing the blockage and the stratum by using the pressure generated by gasification and expansion of the liquid nitrogen; and repeating the construction steps until the liquid nitrogen jet flow blockage removal and permeation increase operation of the whole preset layer section is completed. The invention not only overcomes the defects of reservoir damage, water resource pollution and the like existing in the water jet, but also has the effects of combined blocking removal and infiltration increase of jet impact, low-temperature fracturing and gasification expansion fracturing. |
