titleOfInvention | Hydrophilic chain extender suitable for synthesis of waterborne polyurethane and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a hydrophilic chain extender suitable for synthesis of waterborne polyurethane, and a preparation method and application thereof. The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: synthesizing a hydrophilic chain extender with primary amino and secondary amino at the tail end by using polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether, diisocyanate, hydroxyl acrylate and diamine, and then carrying out post-chain extension reaction on the amino at the tail end of the nonionic hydrophilic chain extender and the isocyanate end group of the polyurethane dispersoid to obtain the aqueous polyurethane dispersoid with a polyethylene glycol chain segment at the side chain. The hydrophilic chain extender provided by the invention has a wide application range, can obviously improve the chain extension efficiency after the waterborne polyurethane is processed, and greatly improves the performance of the waterborne polyurethane material; the side chain of the waterborne polyurethane dispersoid obtained by the invention is provided with a nonionic hydrophilic chain segment, the stability of the dispersoid can be improved, the viscosity is low, and the solid content is high. |
