Systems and methods for activating circuits of implanted devices |
abstract |
The present disclosure relates to a system and method for activating circuitry of an implanted device. Consistent with one embodiment, the implanted device is provided with a sensor comprising a working electrode (WE) and a counter electrode (CE). The sensor may be configured to generate a first current at the CE when the implanted device is implanted in the subject. A sensing circuit electrically coupled to the WE of the sensor may also be provided. The sensing circuit can be activated based on the first current and the sensor can be used to measure one or more parameters of the individual or other subject. |
