abstract |
The invention discloses a broadband photodetector based on a wide-bandgap semiconductor/perovskite heterojunction. The heterojunction used is composed of a wide-bandgap semiconductor and a perovskite. The combination of optical and electrical properties improves the high dark current of conventional perovskite photodetectors while broadening the spectral response range of the photodetector. The broadband photodetector of the wide band gap semiconductor/perovskite heterojunction prepared by the invention can detect optical signals in the deep ultraviolet-visible-near-infrared band, and has high detection rate and responsivity. |
