titleOfInvention | Method for rapidly detecting pathogenic bacteria in cow endometritis |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for rapidly detecting pathogenic bacteria in cow endometritis, which comprises the following steps: 1) extracting DNA of 6 common pathogenic bacteria in uterine secretion cultured overnight by a kit method; 2) adding a PCR primer system capable of detecting 6 bacterial specific sequences simultaneously into a reaction system containing the bacterial DNA for amplification; 3) preparing 2% agarose gel for gel electrophoresis, and performing voltage: 120V, time: 45min, followed by electrophoretic uv imaging. The method is based on a multiple polymerase chain reaction technology, can realize simultaneous detection of 6 bacteria such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, cryptobacter pyogenes, streptococcus uberis, proteus mirabilis and pseudomonas aeruginosa, is simpler and more convenient to operate, lower in cost, higher in sensitivity and specificity compared with technologies such as sequencing and single PCR, and greatly shortens the detection and identification period of clinical bacteria. |
