The present disclosure provides an electrochemical detection method for microRNA based on palladium nanoparticles mediated by rolling circle amplification. Rolling circle amplification is performed to obtain a guanine-rich DNA single strand, and the guanine-rich DNA single strand is used as a template, palladium salt and a reducing agent are added to perform a reduction reaction, and then electrochemical detection is performed. The method of the present disclosure is used for the detection of miRNA-21, with a linear range of 50 aM to 100 fM, an ultra-low detection limit of 8.6 aM, and excellent selectivity. |
