A group of novel esterases and their applications |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a group of novel esterases and applications thereof, in particular to a group of thermophilic esterases with stereoselectivity for ibuprofen drugs and applications thereof. The invention uses the esterified derivative of ibuprofen as the screening substrate, and uses the microfluidic two-color fluorescence screening system to carry out multiple rounds of directed evolution transformation of the thermophilic esterase, and obtains a group of esterases with significantly improved stereoselectivity. The invention also relates to the application of the esterase in the preparation of arylpropionic acid molecular derivatives represented by ibuprofen. |
