titleOfInvention | PID (potential induced degradation) resistant functional master batch containing illite/montmorillonite clay for photovoltaic packaging film and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of photovoltaic packaging materials, in particular to a PID (potential induced degradation) resistant functional master batch containing illite/montmorillonite clay for a photovoltaic packaging film and a preparation method thereof. The master batch comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50-88% of EVA resin, 4-20% of modified zirconium phosphate crystal, 0.5-10% of cross-linking agent, 0.5-2.5% of silane coupling agent, 5-15% of nano illite smectite clay and the balance of auxiliary agent. The master batch for the photovoltaic packaging film, which is prepared by the invention, has the good PID resistance function; meanwhile, the highest flame-retardant effect is realized under the condition that no flame retardant is additionally added; in addition, the antibacterial and mildewproof master batch has the advantages of good antibacterial and mildewproof effects, capability of remarkably reducing toxic and harmful substances in the functional master batch, and the like. |
