Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the advantages of fast reaction speed, relatively mild conditions, simple operation, short reaction time and simple post-processing, and can prepare carrier-free radiolabeled compounds with high radiochemical purity and the characteristic of emitting positrons. With the help of PET-CT positron emission tomography, the distribution of Larotrectinib and its analogs in vivo and in tumors can be visualized, and a new imaging agent can be provided for early diagnosis of tumors. |
