abstract | The invention discloses a framework molecule based on cyclopolymer folding and assembling and a preparation method thereof. The chemical name of the framework molecule is cyclic polyester, and the framework molecule comprises cyclic diester namely 1-Ar, cyclic trimer ester namely 2-Ar, cyclic tetramer polyester namely 3-Ar, cyclic pentapolyester namely 4-Ar and cyclic hexapolyester namely 5-Ar, wherein Ar represents one of benzene-1, 4-diyl namely Ph, biphenyl-4, 4 '-diyl namely BP, 2-bipyridine-5, 5' -diyl namely BPy or pyrene-2, 7-diyl namely Pr, and the structural formula is shown as follows; the preparation method comprises the steps of acylating chlorination of carboxyl by a thionyl chloride reflux method, ester condensation cyclization by a solvent-free method and separation of cyclic polyester by a gradient elution method. The invention develops four series of cyclic polyester supermolecule main body compounds by utilizing the characteristic that nano cavities with larger sizes are formed by intermolecular assembly. The cyclic polyester has the advantages of few synthesis steps, mild reaction conditions and low separation and purification cost. |
