abstract | A reflective blue laser lighting assembly relates to the technical field of lighting. The LED is of a multilayer structure and sequentially comprises a luminous layer, a substrate, a light scattering layer and a high-reflection aluminum plate from bottom to top; the light emitting layer, the substrate, the light scattering layer and the high-reflection aluminum plate are tightly connected in a sintering mode. The luminescent layer is a glass state substance containing fluorescent powder. The substrate is aluminum oxide or zinc oxide or quartz with a plated film on the surface. The light scattering layer is a glass state substance with a micropore structure, and the glass state substance with the micropore structure consists of low-melting-point glass powder and hollow alumina. The thickness ratio of the light scattering layer, the substrate and the light emitting layer is (1: 10: 1) - (2: 5: 2). The wavelength range of the blue light laser is 420-480 nm. The surface of the substrate coated with the light scattering layer slurry was placed on a high reflection aluminum plate. |
