The present invention relates to a dispersed nanometer molybdenum disulfide catalyst and its preparation method and application. The preparation method of the dispersed nano-molybdenum disulfide catalyst includes: mixing a molybdenum-containing active component precursor, a surface modifier and a dispersing agent, and pre-dispersing at high speed to obtain a mixed slurry; chemical treatment to obtain a dispersed nano-molybdenum disulfide catalyst. The dispersed nano-molybdenum disulfide catalyst obtained by the method of the invention is used in the direct liquefaction of suspended bed coal, the hydrogenation of coal tar, the mixing of kerosene and the hydrogenation of heavy oil. The particle size of the dispersed nano molybdenum disulfide catalyst obtained by the invention is 90nm-1000nm, and has high catalytic activity, high stability and high dispersity. The preparation method of the invention is simple, the addition amount is small, the cost is low, and no industrial waste water is generated. |
