abstract | The invention discloses a breathable casein composite microsphere which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 31-60% of casein, 4-7.2% of acrylic acid, 8-20% of epoxy resin, 7.9-23.8% of carboxymethyl cellulose, 8-20% of methyl methacrylate, 0.1-0.2% of catalyst and 0.4-1.6% of initiator. The invention discloses a preparation method of the breathable casein composite microsphere, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a catalyst and a solvent, sequentially adding casein and acrylic acid under a stirring state, and carrying out heat preservation to obtain pretreated casein; stirring epoxy resin, carboxymethyl cellulose, methyl methacrylate and a solvent to obtain an emulsion; stirring the pretreated casein, adding an initiator into the pretreated casein under a stirring state, heating and stirring uniformly, heating again, adding the emulsion, continuously stirring, and cooling to obtain a core-shell microsphere emulsion; and adding a solvent into the core-shell microsphere emulsion, uniformly stirring, adding a sodium hydroxide solution for swelling, cooling, filtering and washing to obtain the breathable casein composite microsphere. |
