titleOfInvention | Product for predicting risk of developing acute kidney injury in human individual with acute myocardial infarction and use thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for predicting the risk of developing acute kidney injury in a human subject with acute myocardial infarction. The invention discloses a kit for predicting whether a human individual with acute myocardial infarction can develop acute kidney injury, wherein the kit comprises a reagent for detecting the expression level of miRNA selected from the group consisting of: miR-23a-3p, miR-24-3p, miR-145-5p and a combination thereof. The invention also discloses the use of the reagent supply for detecting the expression level of miRNA for preparing a kit for predicting whether a human individual with acute myocardial infarction will develop acute kidney injury. |
