titleOfInvention Simple and efficient purification and recovery method of pipeline crystalline alpha-and gamma-cyclodextrin crystals
abstract The invention discloses a simple and efficient purification and recovery method of pipeline crystalline alpha-and gamma-cyclodextrin crystals. The cyclodextrin and its derivative, inclusion compound, mixture, etc. are dissolved in N, N-dimethyl formamide, and after high temperature treatment, the alpha-or gamma-cyclodextrin is crystallized and separated out from N, N-dimethyl formamide, and after separation and drying, high purity pipeline crystal type alpha-and gamma-cyclodextrin crystals are obtained. The invention can be applied to the industrial production of cyclodextrin to realize the purification of pipeline crystallized cyclodextrin crystals, and can also recover the pipeline crystallized cyclodextrin crystals from cyclodextrin inclusion compounds or other mixtures. Compared with the traditional method, the method has the remarkable advantages of simple operation, low energy consumption, rapid separation, high purity, high yield and the like. The purified or recovered cyclodextrin crystals of the present invention have an open "pipe-type" crystalline structure, and the pipe is not occupied by any guest molecule. The porous crystal has wide application prospect in the fields of dye adsorption, gas loading, catalyst loading, filtration and the like.
