The invention provides a preparation method of a neodymium iron boron magnet with a corrosion-resistant coating attached to the surface, which comprises 1-3 parts of graphene, 1-2 parts of nickel powder, 1-5 parts of zinc powder, 10-15 parts of a modifier and 70-90 parts of neodymium iron boron powder in parts by weight; the modifier is represented by the general formula Sr 1‑x A x Bi 2 Nb 2 O 9 A is La, Ca, Ba, Na; x is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 0.03; the corrosion-resistant layer comprises, by weight, 70-80 parts of aluminum, 10-15 parts of copper, 1-2 parts of rare earth and 0.1-0.5 part of bismuth; the preparation method of the neodymium iron boron magnet with the corrosion-resistant coating attached to the surface can improve the magnetic energy and the coercive force of the neodymium iron boron magnet and can also improve the corrosion resistance of the neodymium iron boron magnet. |
