The invention discloses a chiral MOC liquid chromatographic separation column for resolving a racemic compound. With chiral metal organic cage [ Fe ] 4 L 6 ](ClO 4 ) 8 Solvent particles as stationary phase for HPLC, chiral metallo-organic cage [ Fe 4 L 6 ](ClO 4 ) 8 Solvent crystals from 1, 4-bis (2-imidazolecarboxaldehyde) butane, (R) -1-phenylethylamine and Fe (ClO) 4 ) 2 ยท6H 2 O is formed by molecular self-assembly. The chiral column shows better chiral recognition capability on 7 racemic compounds. The invention realizes that chiral Metal Organic Cages (MOCs) are used as the stationary phase for liquid chromatographic separation to resolve racemic compounds, the synthetic material is cheap and easy to obtain, the column preparation cost is lower, and the invention has the characteristics of high separation speed, good stability and repeated use, opens up a new way for the application of porous materials in the field of separation science, and has good application prospect in the field of chiral recognition. |
