A method for preparing a hollow fiber membrane, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1. preparation of a casting solution, mixing raw materials into a spinning kettle, heating to a temperature of 30-70° C. and constant stirring; 2. preparation of the hollow fiber membrane: The defoamed casting liquid enters the spinneret under the nitrogen pressure of 0.2-0.5MPa, passes through the filter screen and the metering pump, passes through an air gap, and the air gap height is 0.5-10cm, and then enters the coagulation bath; ③ After the coagulation bath The hollow membrane fibers are soaked and rinsed to remove residual solvents and additives, and then soaked in a glycerin aqueous solution and dried to obtain a hollow fiber membrane. The hollow fiber membrane has a sponge-like nano-membrane pore size, which has a higher precision filtration effect than ordinary ultrafiltration membranes, fully ensuring that colloidal particles, organic macromolecules and microorganisms are effectively retained, and at the same time, the flux of the membrane is greatly improved through formulation optimization. |
