titleOfInvention Long-acting warm keeping patch based on iron powder microcapsules
abstract The invention relates to the field of daily necessities, and discloses a long-acting warm-keeping patch based on iron powder microcapsules, which comprises a porous hydrogel type heating source, a non-woven bag wrapping the porous hydrogel type heating source, a bonding layer arranged on one surface of the non-woven bag, and an airtight packaging bag wrapping the non-woven bag; a waterproof breathable film is arranged on the inner surface of the non-woven fabric bag; the porous hydrogel type heating source comprises the following components: 45-55 wt% of iron powder microcapsule, 8-12 wt% of porous water-absorbing resin, 1-3 wt% of vermiculite, 1-3 wt% of activated carbon, 1-3 wt% of sodium chloride and 30-40 wt% of water; the iron powder microcapsule is a modified N-isopropyl acrylamide polymer microsphere embedded with iron powder. The warm keeping patch provided by the invention has the advantages that the iron powder is microencapsulated, so that the heating reaction of the iron powder and oxygen can be inhibited when the temperature is too high, on one hand, the long-acting stable heating can be realized, and on the other hand, the skin can be prevented from being scalded due to the too high temperature.
