titleOfInvention Aqueous asymmetric supercapacitor based on NiCo-LDH/rGO and rGO and its preparation method
abstract The invention relates to an aqueous asymmetric supercapacitor based on NiCo-LDH/rGO and rGO and a preparation method thereof. Graphene oxide is ultrasonically dispersed in methanol solution, cobalt salt and nickel salt are dissolved in the graphene oxide solution, and Hydrothermal reaction, the temperature of the hydrothermal reaction is 120-180 °C, and the reaction time is 12-16 h. After the reaction, the product A is obtained by centrifugation, and the NiCo-LDH/rGO composite material is obtained by vacuum drying. The NiCo-LDH/rGO composite was used as the positive electrode material, and rGO was used as the negative electrode material to obtain an aqueous asymmetric supercapacitor. The NiCo‑LDH/rGO composite exhibits a capacitance of 2130 F/g at a current density of 2 A/g. The working voltage of the capacitor can reach 1.6V, the specific capacitance can reach 100F/g, the energy density can reach 35.5Wh/kg, and the capacity decays by 24.5% after 2000 cycles.
