titleOfInvention | Cobalt hydroxide/rGO/nickel hydroxide sandwich-shaped flexible electrode material and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of a cobalt hydroxide/rGO/nickel hydroxide sandwich-shaped flexible electrode material, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: s1: firstly, ultrasonically cleaning carbon fiber cloth through acetone, deionized water and ethanol in sequence, and then drying; s2: depositing nickel hydroxide by using the carbon fiber cloth dried in the step S1 as a substrate through a hydrothermal reaction method, and drying; s3: depositing rGO by an electrodeposition method by taking the carbon fiber cloth deposited with the nickel hydroxide obtained in the step S2 as a substrate, and drying; s4: and (5) taking the carbon fiber cloth deposited with the rGO/nickel hydroxide obtained in the step (S3) as a substrate, depositing cobalt hydroxide by a hydrothermal reaction method, and drying to obtain the cobalt hydroxide/rGO/nickel hydroxide sandwich-shaped flexible electrode material. The sandwich-shaped flexible electrode material prepared by the method provided by the invention has excellent rate capability, and is simple in process, low in cost and easy for industrial popularization. |
