titleOfInvention | Hepatitis B detection reagent and application thereof in hepatitis B detection |
abstract | The invention provides a hepatitis B detection reagent, which comprises H1: not higher than 5.0% SDS, pH 7.5-8.0; h2: a and B are mixed according to a ratio of 1:1, wherein A: 2-5U/muL glycosidase and not more than 5% NP-40 are mixed and prepared according to the volume ratio of 1:20, B: mixing the same volume of 20mM APTS and 1M NaCNBH 3; h3: mixing 80-100mM NH4AC, 1-2 mU/muL sialidase and hydrogen peroxide according to the volume of 5:1: 14; h4: and (4) a buffer solution. The invention also provides application of a composition in a hepatitis B detection reagent, wherein the composition consists of NGA2FB and NG1A2F, and the composition is used for detecting hepatitis B through the ratio of NGA2FB/NG1A 2F. The detection method has the characteristics of high sensitivity, simple operation, good repeatability, good stability and high flux, and has higher accuracy compared with the prior art, and the detection accuracy of the hepatitis B reaches 80.4%. |
