titleOfInvention | beta-CD @ CdS nanorod applied to photoelectric biosensing and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a beta-CD @ CdS nanorod applied to photoelectric biosensing and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving the aminated CdS nanorod and carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin in PBS buffer solution containing N-hydroxysuccinimide and 1- (3-dimethylaminopropyl) -3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride, stirring for a certain time at room temperature, washing and drying the obtained product, and thus obtaining the beta-CD @ CdS nanorod. The beta-CD @ CdS nanorod prepared by the invention has excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency, good biocompatibility and stability, is applied to the construction of photoelectric DNA biosensors, can be expanded to the fields of electrochemiluminescence, fluorescence, visualization and the like, and has wide market application prospects in gene detection, food safety, clinical diagnosis and environmental detection. |
