A method for preparing halogenated biphenyl compounds takes arylboronic acid ester and aryl silane reagents as raw materials, 1,1, 2-trichloroethane as a solvent, iodobenzene acetate as an oxidant and silver p-toluenesulfonate as a silver salt. Under the temperature of 110 ℃, N- (diphenylphosphine alkyl) -N-isopropyl-1, 1-diphenylphosphine amine binuclear gold 1a is catalyzed and cross-coupled to efficiently synthesize the halogenated biaryl compound. |
