abstract | The invention provides a resin-based composite material which is prepared by the following steps: placing the resin powder in a cold pressing die which can be heated, and forming a sintering blank through cold pressing, heating sintering and cooling; heating and melting the thermosetting resin to form a thermosetting resin melt; and soaking the sintered blank into a thermosetting resin melt, standing, taking out and cooling to obtain the resin matrix composite material. The resin-based composite material prepared by the invention is formed into a blank by cold pressing and sintering, the porous sintered blank is used as a filler to be soaked in a thermosetting resin melt base material, the thermosetting resin melt is fully soaked and filled into gaps of the sintered blank, the sintered blank is taken out after cooling, thermosetting resin is cured into a novel resin composite material, the sintered blank in the material can be more easily and uniformly mixed with the base material, the resin composite material is directly prepared into parts with proper shapes by fine machining on a machine tool, the wear resistance, the corrosion resistance and the impact resistance of a finished product are improved, and the service life of the finished product can be greatly prolonged. |
